• Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes outside Australia.

• Some items may not be eligible for international delivery due to local import restrictions.

Delays and Issues

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
