Refund policy

At The Forgotten Ball, we want you (and your tow ball) grinning. If something isn’t right,

  • Returns

    • Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

    • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

    Exchanges

    We offer exchanges for items of equal value if the requested product is in stock.

    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).

    Non-returnable Items

    The following cannot be returned:

    • Customised or limited edition products

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale items

    Return Shipping

    Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    How to Initiate a Return

    Please contact us at theforgottenball@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.
