Do you ship everywhere?
We ship across Australia and to selected overseas mates. Shipping costs pop up at checkout.

How long will shipping take?
Standard Aussie post: 3-8 business days. Express: 1–3 days (if you’re in a hurry to cover your ball).

What if my cover arrives broken?
Unlikely, but if Ballfred cops a hit in transit, send us pics within 7 days and we’ll replace him or refund you.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
Sorry mate — Ballfred’s not a boomerang. We only accept returns for faulty or damaged items.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay — the usual suspects.

Can I order wholesale for my shop?
